I am writing to remind you of the Year 8 Progress Report Evening which will be held in the School Hall on Monday 11th of February 2024.

The evening will start at 16:30 p.m. and finish by 19:00 p.m. This parents’ evening is of great importance and it is a golden opportunity for you to come and discuss your child’s academic and social development at Bryn Tawe.

6th Form Open Evening

This is a message from Miss Lindzi Miller (Year 9 Leader of Learning), to praise you for your work during the last half term. Thank you for your positive contribution to our school community.

there will be a period of mock examinations for Year 12 and Year 13 starting on the 22nd of January. We have decided to hold mock exams again this year, in order to assess the pupils' progress so far and to give our students the opportunity to familiarise themselves with exam arrangements again and to experiment with revision strategies.

Over the past year the Welsh Government has funded the Period Dignity Project by providing free sanitary products to young women in our schools.
